C-MAS Workshop

First Workshop on Citizen-Centric Multiagent Systems

The first international workshop on Citizen-Centric Multiagent Systems (C-MAS 2023) was held on May 30, 2023, in London, UK. The workshop focused on citizen-centric multiagent systems as human-AI systems that treat citizen end users as primary agents with diverse needs and preferences. The workshop attracted over 50 participants from academia, with a keynote by Prof Munindar Singh. The papers presented at the workshop are invited to send an extended version to a special issue of the Journal of Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems. Two papers were awarded at the workshop: the Most Visionary Paper Award went to “Towards Reducing School Segregation by Intervening on Transportation Networks,” and the Best Paper Award went to “Deliberation and Voting in Approval-Based Multi-Winner Elections.”
